Returns & Refunds 

We want you to love every bottle and jar. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal, we'll replace it or give you a full refund, no questions asked. Just email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.

We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days and send a replacement or process your refund straight away.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong product, that's on us. Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship the correct item at no cost to you. No need to return the wrong one, keep it, give it to a friend, dress a salad or sprinkle your veg.

Quality Concerns

If something tastes off or doesn't seem right, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. We take quality seriously and want to hear about it. We'll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, and your feedback helps us keep our standards high.

Change of Mind

Because our products are food items, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind on opened products. This is standard practice for consumable goods and is consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

If your order is unopened and in its original condition, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. You'll need to cover the return shipping cost. Please email us before sending anything back so we can provide a return address.

Bundles

For bundle orders, the same policy applies to the bundle as a whole. If one item in your bundle arrives damaged, we'll replace that individual item.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed (more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date), contact us and we'll reship your order or issue a full refund. We handle carrier issues so you don't have to.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law regardless of this policy.
