We believe the best food comes from the simplest ingredients. Our dressings and crunch mixes are crafted in small batches on the Northern Beaches of Sydney & the Central Coast using ingredients you can actually pronounce.
We choose extra virgin olive oil over seed oils. We sweeten with raw honey and maple syrup instead of refined sugar. Every ingredient earns its place, for flavour & quality.

Every ingredient in our products has been selected for a reason, for flavour, texture and depth. Here's what makes each one special.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed from whole olives and naturally rich in monounsaturated fats and polyphenols with no chemical extraction. It’s why we use it as the base of our Classic dressing.
Organic Walnuts/ Walnut Oil
Walnuts are one of the richest plant sources of omega-3 fatty acids (ALA), with a naturally rich, nutty flavour. Walnut oil brings depth to our Miso dressing, while whole organic walnuts form the base of our Golden Spice and Tamari Umami crunch mixes.
Sesame Seeds & Tahini
Made from ground sesame seeds, Tahini is naturally rich in plant-based fats and minerals including calcium and iron. It adds a smooth, creamy texture and a rich, nutty depth.
Apple Cider Vinegar
ACV is made through a natural fermentation process, where apples are converted into acetic acid. Raw, unfiltered varieties contain the “mother”, a mix of naturally occurring enzymes, yeasts and bacteria formed during fermentation.
It’s a staple ingredient in many traditional diets and is valued for its distinctive sharpness, depth and complexity. In our Tahini dressing, it brings brightness and balance to richer flavours.
Organic Pumpkin Seeds
Small but powerful. Nutrient-dense, pumpkin seeds are naturally rich in zinc, magnesium and plant-based protein. They also contain tryptophan, an amino acid found in many whole foods, alongside a range of essential minerals.
White Miso
A traditional Japanese fermented paste made from soybeans and rice. Miso contains naturally occurring cultures formed during fermentation, along with essential amino acids, B vitamins and minerals like manganese. Its rich umami depth allows for less salt while delivering more flavour.
Organic Brazil Nuts
Brazil nuts are naturally rich in selenium, a trace mineral found in many whole foods, along with plant-based fats and protein. They bring a rich, buttery depth to our Smokey Maple mix.
Organic Maple Syrup
Pure maple syrup brings natural sweetness with depth and character. It contains a range of naturally occurring compounds, including antioxidants and minerals like manganese and zinc, and is less refined than standard white sugar.
While still a sweetener and best enjoyed in moderation, its rich flavour means you need less to get the same impact. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about making a better choice.
