Shipping 

We ship Australia wide from our kitchen to your door.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders over $99 AUD.

For orders under $99, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods (launches, sales, holiday seasons), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–8 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–12 business days

These are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

How We Pack

Our products are packed carefully to arrive in perfect condition. Glass bottles are wrapped and cushioned to prevent breakage during transit. If anything arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refunds policy, we'll replace it, no questions asked.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to check delivery progress at any time. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, get in touch and we'll look into it.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. We're working on bringing Get Dressed to more countries — sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when international shipping launches.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We'll investigate with our shipping partner and either locate your order or send a replacement.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it at cost of shipping. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Bundle & Multi-Item Orders

All items in your order are shipped together in a single package. Bundle orders (The Full Collection, The Dressing Collection, The Crunch Collection) ship as one box.
