Umami Miso Glazed Salmon
Rich, savoury and deeply flavourful — no extra prep needed.
Ingredients
- Salmon fillet (or any fish)
- Steamed greens or rice
- Get Dressed Miso Dressing
- Get Dressed Umami Crunch
Method

Coat salmon generously in Miso Dressing and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).

Cook in a pan or oven until golden and cooked through.

Spoon over any remaining dressing as a glaze while cooking.

Serve with greens or rice and finish with Umami Crunch.
